2. Hosting, Cloudflare and technical logs

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) and delivered to visitors through Cloudflare’s network. To serve pages, prevent abuse, maintain security and diagnose technical issues, OpenAI, Cloudflare and their technical providers may process the IP address, request date and time, requested address, browser and operating-system information, and technical routing data.

3. Cookies and analytics

After a visitor gives voluntary consent, the website loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica with Webvisor and click maps to measure visits and improve the archive. These services are not loaded before consent. The choice is stored locally in the browser and can be changed through “Cookie settings”. Processing may include viewed pages, website interactions, device and browser details, approximate location and IP address. More information: Google Privacy Policy and Yandex Privacy Policy. Cloudflare may also set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie to protect the website.

4. Sign-in, notes and documents

The personal area uses a ChatGPT/OpenAI account for sign-in; the website does not create a separate password. The account email address and, if provided, name are processed to identify the user. Personal notes and uploaded-document metadata are stored in Cloudflare D1, while the files themselves are stored in Cloudflare R2. They are available only to the signed-in user with the same email address and are not published in the archive.

Notes and documents are kept until the user deletes them in the personal area. The controller may be contacted at the email address above to request complete deletion of account data. Documents containing personal or sensitive data should be uploaded only when the user is authorised to store and process them.

5. External links

Links to Telegram, PayPal, Ko-fi, YooMoney, archives and other resources lead to external websites. Data is transferred to their operators only after a link is opened. Payment widgets are not embedded directly in the page.

6. Contact

When you contact the author by email or Telegram, the message is processed only to answer your enquiry. Do not send sensitive documents through ordinary messages without prior agreement.

7. Photographs and genealogical information

Published materials serve historical and research purposes. The website is not intended for systematic collection of data about living people. Contact the owner if you find an error or believe a publication affects your rights.

8. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Complaints may be submitted to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

9. Changes
