GU MVS Ukraine in Kharkiv region (head of the liquidation commission, outgoing No. 13/698) forwarded the request for personal files of relatives (mother Kröker E.G./Frelich, sister Simentsova Z.I., uncles Schulz H.G. and F.G.) to the Branch State Archive of the MVS of Ukraine (HDA MVS Ukrayiny, Kyiv) — since fond 161 is now kept there. Awaiting response from HDA MVS.

Full personal file of special settler Kröker Emma Ivanovna No. 1229 obtained (28 sheets, HDA MVS Ukrayiny, fond 161, inventory 1, file 877). Through a complaint to the Ukrainian Ombudsman. The file includes the 1949 questionnaire with two photographs, regime acknowledgement receipts, monthly registration control sheets 1948–1955, production characteristic of the "Kolos" collective farm, and receipt of release.
Key clarifications: exact place of birth — Neu-Aleksandrovka (Pulin district); deportation route via village of Semipolka (1941–1946); exact date of release 19.01.1956; family composition in special settlement.

Grandmother's death certificate IV-AN No. 253338 of 12.05.1987 obtained (civil registry office of Dubovskoye village council, Dubovsky district of Rostov region). Confirmed: Emma Ivanovna Kröker died on 2 May 1987 in the village of Dubovskoye at the age of 62; cause — chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency. On the certificate — maiden name Kröker.
8 May 2026 — Kazakhstan
Repeat request to NAO of North Kazakhstan region (Petropavlovsk) — for the archival statement on birth registration No. 13 of 14.04.1950 (Usachev V.N.). Established: in the original entry the father is given as "Vasiliy", replaced by marriage 26.07.1952 with "Usachev Nikolai Maksimovich 1923 b.y.". Search for Vasiliy through the registry office exhausted.
